The South Arm District is one of our more industrial spaces within our neighbourhood. South Arm Road starts just after the Silo circle and continues until the Transnet building, providing a stretch of harbour where major fishing industries operate out of. Commercial vessels also berth from this harbour. While this space really is the true dockside with men at work, the landscape makes for idyllic views and a stronger connection to the ocean. This experience is highlighted by a beach club next to the Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) building called Cabo Beach Club. Cabo Beach Club is a completely unique and a first of its kind for the beautiful city of Cape Town – a European-style beach club with two restaurants and multiple features on offer to guests.
