Sasol Solar Challenge

The Sasol Solar Challenge is a solar car endurance challenge that sees universities,
high schools and private teams from
across the world and South Africa compete against each other, with cars they have
built themself that run completely on solar energy.

This exciting challenge takes place from Secunda through the Northern Cape all the
way to Cape Town over a period of 8 days.

During these 8 days we try and engage with as many communities and schools as
possible, to create a love for STEM innovation along the way, inspiring the next
generation of movers and thinkers.
