The South African Art Collection Gallery in the Clock Tower Centre offers an impressive range of art by South African artists.
Established in 2002 and representing over 200 South African artists, this modern and spacious African Chic gallery is a well-known and trusted favourite amongst local and foreign visitors alike. There is a wonderful depth of choice of original South African art: African, township and wildlife, modern abstract, landscape and seascape, as well as sculptures, ethnic interior decor, homeware fabrics and upmarket African curios, together with an extensive collection of limited edition prints by various artists.
The gallery also boasts the largest exhibition of the world-famous Ardmore Ceramics in Cape Town. Handmade and hand painted, each unique piece sold is certified original and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Situated on the same level and a stone’s throw from the Nelson Mandela Museum and the departure point for the Robben Island ferry, it is ideally situated for a relaxing browse.
The gallery is open seven days a week from 9am to 7pm. Worldwide shipping and delivery gladly arranged. Visit the gallery in person, or shop online: fineartportfolio.com.
