Lorenzi is a specialised retailer of elegant and stylish handbags as well as associated accessories. This brand utilises mainly exotic leathers for its hand-made creations namely ostrich, ostrich leg, buffalo, python and crocodile. All products are made in South Africa using locally sourced leathers. Linings and hardware are imported from Italy. Lorenzi offers customers a kaleidoscope of colours from which to choose. It was founded in 1962 by Renzo Caon, and in 1969 he opened the first boutique in Johannesburg specialising in exotic leathers. Lorenzi prides itself on excellent craftsmanship, innovation, attention to detail, and personalised service.
